Office Administrator
Job Summary : Office Administrator
will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, which includes staff and executives from the Operations, Technology, Sales, and Accounting departments. This role will oversee office logistics, assist leadership with administrative tasks, and help maintain an organized and professional work environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. This is a part time role for approximately 20-25 hours per week, with opportunity to grow into a full time role.
Key Responsibilities :
Office Administration & Operations
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related requests, including facility management and IT coordination.
Administrative Support
Support executives and department leaders with scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence.
Organize and maintain records, reports, and internal communications.
Employee & HR Support
Assist in onboarding new employees by coordinating workspace setup and materials.
Help manage office policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Cross-Departmental Assistance
Support Sales, Operations, Technology, and Accounting teams with administrative tasks, including document management and scheduling.
Act as a liaison to facilitate smooth communication between departments.
Qualifications
Education :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience :
3 years of experience in office administration, executive assistance, or a similar role.
Skills :
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Schedule & Compensation
This is a part-time, hourly position, with an expected commitment of 20-25 hours per week.
