Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Operations Manager to oversee our landscape maintenance and groundskeeping operations. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage landscape maintenance operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Supervise a team of groundskeepers and landscape professionals, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
- Develop and implement landscape maintenance plans, including lawn care, tree care, and irrigation systems.
- Oversee the installation of new landscaping projects, ensuring proper techniques are used for building sustainable landscapes.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess landscape health and identify areas needing improvement or maintenance.
- Maintain records of work performed, including schedules, equipment usage, and materials required.
- Train staff on best practices for landscape maintenance and safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape management or a related field is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including groundskeeping, lawn care, tree care, and irrigation systems.
- Experience in supervising teams and managing projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members alike.
