About This Position
Proscia is looking for a Technical Documentation Intern to help us create and maintain high-quality documentation for our AI-powered pathology solutions. You’ll work closely with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to craft clear, concise, and engaging content that enables pathologists, researchers, and developers to effectively use our platform. This internship is ideal for someone with strong writing skills, a technical mindset, and a passion for healthcare and AI.
What You’ll Do

- Assist in structuring, maintaining, and optimizing technical documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles.
- Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT to automate content generation, ensuring accuracy and consistency across documentation.
- Identify and implement AI-driven process improvements that streamline content management and publication scalability.
- Support multichannel publishing efforts to distribute content effectively across various platforms.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to refine structured documentation templates for technical content.

- Ability to learn and explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Deep interest in AI and automation, with hands-on experience using AI-powered writing tools like ChatGPT.
- Basic understanding of software development or scientific research terminology is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
