What You’ll Do:
- Conduct audits for organizations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve clients’ financial processes.
- Collaborate with internal team members to deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Work closely with clients to address questions and ensure their financial needs are met.
- Learn the ins and outs of nonprofit financial practices, with support and training as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of audit experience (nonprofit experience is a plus but not required).
- CPA certification preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
- Open to candidates transitioning back from private accounting (must be prepared for the demands of audit work).
