You’ll lead efforts to streamline lead flow, drive better attribution, maintain database integrity, and experiment with automation and AI tools to future-proof our marketing engine. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Marketing Technology & Systems Ownership: Oversee and optimize the marketing tech stack including HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach.io, and campaign analytics platforms to power scalable and efficient lead generation and nurturing programs.
- Database Management & Health: Manage prospect and customer databases to ensure cleanliness, completeness, and deduplication. Drive measurable improvements in database quality and segmentation.
- Lead Flow & Attribution Enablement: Design and implement end-to-end lead flow systems that support seamless handoff between marketing and sales. Improve attribution clarity to demonstrate campaign ROI.
- Cross-functional Partnership & Change Leadership: Work closely with sales, revenue operations, and other teams to build trust and alignment. Champion the adoption of new tools and processes that enable measurable marketing improvements.
- AI & Automation Innovation: Identify and pilot AI-powered tools that enhance marketing decision-making or automation. Translate emerging technology into real operational or performance gains.
- Proven success in a Marketing Operations role managing complex systems and lead processes.
- Deep technical expertise with HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, and Excel/Google Sheets; working proficiency in Outreach.io, WordPress, Google Analytics, and UTM usage.
- Demonstrated experience managing and improving large marketing databases, with success in deduplication, enrichment, and segmentation.
- Ability to evaluate, recommend, and implement new marketing tools—especially AI-powered solutions—with proven outcomes.
- A track record of leading cross-functional improvements and delivering system solutions that enhance speed, clarity, and campaign performance.

Salary : $98,500 - $147,500
