In this role, you will act as a liaison between internal teams, leadership, and vendors, overseeing data migration, system configuration, and user support. You will ensure data integrity, manage user access, and provide training while continuously improving the platform to meet evolving business needs.
Essential Job Functions[1]:
Implementation Support:
- Act as a liaison between the vendor, internal teams, and leadership during Salesforce implementation.
- Oversee data migration, system configuration, and testing phases.
- Provide feedback on workflows, automation, and customizations to align with business processes.
- Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Create and maintain workflows, validation rules, custom fields, and dashboards.
- Perform regular audits and ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
- Provide training to end-users and teams on best practices and system capabilities.
- Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including training guides and process manuals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the platform's functionality to support evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new features, integrations, and third-party apps.
- Monitor and evaluate Salesforce updates/releases, implementing necessary changes.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar programs.
- 5 years of Salesforce Administration experience (asset management industry preferred).
- Experience in project management or working with external vendors.
- Applicants with advanced Salesforce certifications will be prioritized.
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud CRM best practices, capabilities, and limitations.
- The ability to use advanced automations to solve complex business requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and/or Power BI reporting and dashboards

Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
