Base salary $40k-$50k plus monthly bonus plan; $55-6$65K first-year total

Essential Functions:
- Answers customer inquiries via phone and walk-in business, concerning price, qualifying product needs, and partnering with vendors for support.
- Enter sales data into the computer and research information for customers using the computer system.
- Accurately completes all required paperwork on a timely basis.
- Receives payment for merchandise or services sold and enters sale into the computer. Responsible for payments received and adhering to all administrative and accounting-related procedures.
- Keeps product knowledge current to evolving manufacturing supply.
- Develop meaningful customer relationships to encourage loyalty and increase sales in additional categories.
- Follow up with members to further the sales process
- Make outgoing calls to educate our customers on current promotions
- Understand and demonstrate the product(s) or service to the customer
- Meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
- Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
- Document sales, quotes, or other business-requested information in point of sale and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Participate in the physical inventory and perform other duties as assigned
- Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skills.
- Associate’s degree with one to two years related experience and/or training; or High School Diploma or GED equivalent with three to five years of experience.
- Proficient personal computer skills including keyboarding, Email, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years in a customer-facing role
