Location: ProSource of Detroit Metro in Romulus, MI
Pay: $15–$19/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday (No evenings or weekends!)

What You’ll Do:

• Support the sales team by managing orders from start to finish—placing orders, tracking status, taking payments, and answering customer questions
• Ensure deliveries are accurate and high-quality
• Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and accurate shipments
• Greet and register visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries to the right team member
• Manage inventory using our system, pull merchandise, and prep for deliveries
• Load/unload vehicles, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and operate a forklift safely
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure procedures and safety protocols are followed

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Basic math ability and data accuracy
• 1 year of warehouse and forklift experience
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs
• Familiar with computerized inventory systems
• Team player with a customer-first attitude
