Seeking a responsible and dedicated nanny to provide exceptional care for a 12-year-old. The primary responsibility of the nanny will be to ensure the well-being, safety, and happiness of the child when the mother is traveling for work. Nanny will be required to drop off and pick up the child from school, accompany her to after-school activities, assist with homework, prepare meals, and provide overnight care. In addition, light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishes, and general tidying up of the house will be expected.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to 12-year-old daughter, ensuring her safety, well-being, and happiness at all times.
- Transportation: Drop off and pick up our daughter from school, drive her to after-school activities, and ensure she arrives safely.
- Equine: Familiar with equestrian horse riding, preparing attire, horse shows etc.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious and balanced meals for our daughter, considering any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Overnight Care: Stay overnight at the home when the mother is traveling for work, ensuring the child is safe and comfortable throughout the night.
- Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up the house, to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with both the mother and the child, updating them on the child's activities, progress, and any relevant information.
- Pet Care: comfortable taking care of 2 dogs 1 cat when principle is away.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience working as a nanny and/or in a similar childcare role is preferred.
- Trustworthiness: Demonstrate reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility: Be flexible with working hours, as the mother's travel schedule may vary.
- Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record to safely transport the child.
- First Aid and CPR Certification: Hold a valid First Aid and CPR certification or be willing to obtain one.
- Patience and Adaptability: Display patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude when dealing with children.
- Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational skills to manage daily activities, schedules, and household tasks effectively.
- References: Provide 2- 3 reliable references from previous employers
Compensation:
- Compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Industry-standard compensation for travel-related duties.
