Job Overview:
The IT Compliance Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing technology compliance programs across the organization. This role ensures that all IT systems, processes, and services meet relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. The IT Compliance Program Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders, legal teams, and external auditors to drive compliance initiatives, assess risk, and ensure the integrity and security of the organization’s technology infrastructure.

- Experience working with IT, security, legal, and audit teams.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software development life cycles, and cloud technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and their application to technology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex situations, identify compliance gaps, and develop actionable solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in compliance management tools, risk management platforms, and audit management software.
