Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee our production operations. Duties
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely.
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to meet changing demands.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments such as quality assurance, supply chain, and engineering to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports on production performance, including metrics related to efficiency, quality, and safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing management role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Proficient in using manufacturing software systems and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
