Manufacturing Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team of production staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing practices, and the ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to meet changing demands.
• Lead, train, and mentor production staff to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments such as quality assurance, supply chain, and engineering to enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports on production performance, including metrics related to efficiency, quality, and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing management role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software systems and data analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Pay: $115,868.00 - $122,124.00 per year
