Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - Stroudsburg, PA
Job Type : Full-time or Part-time
Shift : Day Shift
Facility nature : Out-Patient Clinic
Position Overview : Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing team. As a therapist, you will have the flexibility to provide both in-person and remote therapy services to individuals in need. You will work with a diverse client base and help them navigate mental health challenges by offering compassionate care and support.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide mental health therapy services to adolescents and adults, both in-person and remotely, through our HIPAA-compliant platform, Simple Practice.
Develop individualized treatment plans, document session notes, and complete clinical discharge summaries.
Assess clients' needs and determine when referrals to other services or programs are necessary.
Manage a caseload of at least 15 clients per week.
Attend at least two office meetings per year to collaborate with team members and ensure continuous professional development.
Qualifications :
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited program.
Current and active LCSW or LPC license in the state of Pennsylvania.
