- Analyze and improve warehouse workflows, reducing waste and inefficiencies
- Implement Lean and Six Sigma principles in warehouse processes
- Design and test process improvements for order fulfillment and inventory control
- Develop performance metrics to track operational effectiveness
- Support automation and warehouse management system (WMS) implementations
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
- 3-7 years of experience in process improvement, warehouse operations, or supply chain engineering
- Experience in warehouse process optimization and automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
- 50 % Travel required
- This role requires superior verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is also preferred)
