Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the General Manager and Production Manager
- Coordinate facility needs across departments and manage communication with vendors and service providers
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain and organize operational databases and files essential to day-to-day business
- Manage both detailed tasks and broader priorities with focus and accuracy
- Support flexible scheduling needs, adapting to changing production demands
