Who you are :
- 2 years of Help Desk Experience
Proficiency in supporting platforms such as OneDrive, Citrix, Microsoft 365, Teams, Windows 10 / 11, Active Directory, VPN, and Mobile Device Email.
Experience with hardware and software deployment, configuration, and imaging of computers.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively, using a ticketing system
