Job Summary
A home health RN position is available at Providence Benedictine Nursing Center, covering Salem and Keizer areas. The Registered Nurse Home Health coordinates patient care activities with the healthcare team and provides direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages under the direction of the Home Health Clinical Supervision and on order of the physician
- Covers Salem and Keizer areas, working a Monday-Friday schedule with rotational weekends
- Coordinates patient care activities with other members of the healthcare team in a collegial relationship
Requirements
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- 1 year of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting or 2 years of experience in acute care or community mental health setting for Mental Health RN work assignment
Preferred Qualifications
- Recent Home Health experience
- Hospice or Palliative Care experience for Palliative Care RN work assignment
- Point of Care experience
