The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for aftermarket sales assisting customers in all phases of application and technical problem prevention and solution. This includes consulting with and training customer personnel to ensure optimal equipment performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, and quoting and presenting repair parts and aftermarket solutions. This role requires up to 30% travel.
- Retain and grow aftermarket business by developing call plans, conducting customer visits, and promoting Provisur products and services with a focus on satisfaction.
- Analyze sales trends, competitive activity, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and prepare for account reviews.
- Conduct equipment inspections, parts room tours, and key personnel meetings to ensure satisfaction and support start-ups and service needs.
- Manage key and target accounts (~75% of annual revenue), including buying agreements, pricing, volume discounts, and rebate programs.
- Monitor competitor activity, Provisur aftermarket pricing, sales forecasts, and installed base to support strategic planning.
- Complete visit reports, manage expenses, sell maintenance agreements, and participate in meetings and ongoing technical training.

What You’ll Need:
- High School diploma or equivalent, plus knowledge of a related specialized field.
- Five years of technical customer service experience at Provisur or equivalent.
- Three years of field experience, to include mechanical assembly, hydraulic, electrical and electronics on related Provisur equipment or equivalent.
- Ability to sell and negotiate using proven and approved methods.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to read technical instruction manuals, schematics and parts illustrations.
- Proficiency using MS Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
$87,000 - $108,00 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
