Assistant Director - Risk Management
Full-time, salaried-exempt position: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year based on education & experience
Provo Canyon School, located in Provo, Utah, has a proud history of providing quality services and successful treatment outcomes to adolescents and their families. Our dedicated team strives to change the lives of adolescents between the ages of 12 and 18 by providing compassionate, skills-based care that is personalized to meet each student’s specific needs. We offer evidence-based treatment and services to adolescents who struggle from complex emotional and mental health conditions in a psychiatric residential treatment center setting.

Your primary role and responsibilites:
- Assist the Risk Mgmt Director with all functions of Risk Management services throughout the Facility
- Implementation and monitoring of the Risk Program Standards
- Perform risk surveys and inspect patient care areas in concert with school’s safety program committee objectives.

Your Qualifications and Skills will include:
- Experience in Behavioral Health treatment settings or Risk Management required
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older and able to pass thorough criminal history background check and drug screen
