As a Compliance Administrator you will provide support in all activities related to the Shop & Operations by tracking compliance and driver safety, ensure driver logs are accurate, monitoring and distribution of telematics equipment, assist in driver training, and assist in other related compliance requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Administration and tracking of telematics devices for all equipment, including vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
- Assist in trend analysis and reporting of USDOT score, hours of service violations, physical exams, license renewals, driver safety, and vehicle inspections.
- Complies with administration; data entry, ensure driver logs are accurate, Fleet permits (oversize), and other local, state or federal mandated inspections or permits.
- Records and provides weekly reporting on Shop employees to Shop Manager(s); time sheets, credit card reconciliations, and other.
- Serves as main point of contact and resolution coordinator for Samsara platform.
- Assist in ELD compliance training when on-boarding new drivers.
- Scheduled audits of Samsara platform.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking financial budget.
- Other duties as assigned
