Reporting to the Art Director, this role will lead the design and production of creative communications from concept to completion, ensuring excellence across various mediums.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and art direction for marketing materials, focusing on high-volume campaigns.
- Maintain creative excellence and consistency across all project executions.
- Develop campaign and project production guidelines, and oversee the final art direction.
- Strategize creative concepts and enhance communication across the brand.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and partners, providing guidance and mentoring junior staff.
