PSC Group is now hiring a full-time a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Rail Park. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and will be responsible for processing paperwork associated with all traffic entering and leaving the rail park for our operations. This role will also involve handling additional administrative tasks as assigned. Our employees are our #1 asset, and we invest considerable time and resources to train them well and keep them safe. Work Schedule:  Monday – Friday (8-hour shifts) Occasional weekends 
 
Pay Range: $20 / hr. - $23 / hr. 
 
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process and manage paperwork related to the traffic flow in and out of the rail park. 
• Communicate regularly with customers and well as railroad representatives. 
• Handles various administrative tasks and support to operational needs of the site 
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and all duties as assigned 
• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job. 

Job Qualifications: 

• Must possess a valid TWIC card and driver's license 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) 
• Strong communication and organizational skills 
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines on a consistent basis 
• Maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism 
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S. 
• Stable work history with good references from past employers 
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check 
• PSC is a veteran-friendly company. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
