Your Role Includes:

• Directing sanitation teams to achieve peak performance in cleaning strategies.
• Formulating sanitation initiatives compliant with both FDA and USDA criteria.
• Conducting methodical audits and reviews to verify quality and safety compliance.
• Facilitating HACCP program execution to forestall safety concerns.
• Facilitating training sessions for staff members on sanitation best practices.
• Ensuring OSHA compliance with qualifications in LOTO, Fall Protection, and related certifications.
• Enforcing FSMA, GMPs, SQF, BRC, GFSI guidelines in daily practices.
• Completing detailed records of sanitation checks and machinery inspections.
• Enhancing team collaborations to foster a standard of safety and excellence.
• Employing tech skills for documenting and reporting initiatives.

Skills & Expertise:

• Solid leadership background in manufacturing operations.
• Experience with food industry-specific production techniques.
• FSQA and HACCP proficiency is must-have skills.
• Keen knowledge of FDA and USDA guidelines.
• OSHA 10-Hour accreditation needed, with 30-Hour as a bonus.
• Certified and experienced in safety-use forklift operation.
• Expert in conducting thorough safety evaluations on machines.
• Effective communicator, well-versed in both speaking and writing.
• Competent with computer technology for job-related documentation.
