Your Role Includes:
- Directing sanitation teams to achieve peak performance in cleaning strategies.
- Formulating sanitation initiatives compliant with both FDA and USDA criteria.
- Conducting methodical audits and reviews to verify quality and safety compliance.
- Facilitating HACCP program execution to forestall safety concerns.
- Facilitating training sessions for staff members on sanitation best practices.
- Ensuring OSHA compliance with qualifications in LOTO, Fall Protection, and related certifications.
- Enforcing FSMA, GMPs, SQF, BRC, GFSI guidelines in daily practices.
- Completing detailed records of sanitation checks and machinery inspections.
- Enhancing team collaborations to foster a standard of safety and excellence.
- Employing tech skills for documenting and reporting initiatives.
Skills & Expertise:
- Solid leadership background in manufacturing operations.
- Experience with food industry-specific production techniques.
- FSQA and HACCP proficiency is must-have skills.
- Keen knowledge of FDA and USDA guidelines.
- OSHA 10-Hour accreditation needed, with 30-Hour as a bonus.
- Certified and experienced in safety-use forklift operation.
- Expert in conducting thorough safety evaluations on machines.
- Effective communicator, well-versed in both speaking and writing.
- Competent with computer technology for job-related documentation.
