This is a senior project management position that will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives across the organization and providing mentorship to junior level project management staff.
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm but may vary depending on the project needs, 60% onsite.
In this position, you will
- Oversee highly complex projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to implementation.
- Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and allocate necessary resources.
- Maintain clear communication between the project team and IT resources.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide mentorship to junior project management team members.
- Ensure compliance with accepted project management practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications : Required & Prefer
BS : Business Administration / Management, BS : Management Information SystemsProject Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI)

Basic requirements include :
BA / BS degree.
Minimally 10 years of proven direct project management of technical implementations, regardless of the industry.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Extensive understanding of change management.
Effective and strong communication skills.
Leadership qualities - coaching-mentoring-lead by example-assertive-accountable. Flexible and open minded.
Efficient ability to pivot quickly.
