Key Responsibilities:
- Increase sales and revenue by actively seeking out new business and growing existing accounts.
- Develop and manage relationships with new and current customers through cold calling, personal visits, and networking within the pipeline industry.
- Promote and offer a diverse range of products and services to customers, consistently exceeding their expectations.
- Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to fulfill customer orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Facilitate on-site meetings with customers to assess the project and its specific requirements.
- Conduct equipment and safety demonstrations to educate customers about PSI Pipeline Supply’s products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using company CRM tools.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to expand product offerings to meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to foster long-term relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer software.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- Experience in the pipeline or construction industry is preferred, but not required.
