Duties:
(We will help train you in any areas you need or desire to strengthen)
- Manage patient care, including psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose and treat mental health conditions
- Provide support and a therapeutic alliance with patients to help them overcome their mental health issues
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients based on their individual needs
- Prescribe and monitor medication regimens to manage mental health symptoms
- Provide therapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, or groups
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in psychiatric research and treatment modalities
- Provide great documentation of patient visits
Requirements:
- Experience in mental health
- Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
- Valid state medical license to practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $102,000.00 - $142,000.00 per year
