Under general supervision, this role provides support and maintenance of computer hardware and software. Troubleshoots PC and Local Area Network problems. Is responsible for working in multi-platform environments with multiple business areas. Will assist with end user support and answering support tickets.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
Pay Range: $25 - $30 Hourly
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience with mobile workforce and data communications.
- Technical knowledge and experience with computer hardware, software applications and operating systems
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN network protocols
- Ability to work on technically complicated systems with little supervision.
- Ability to analyze principles of computer and software systems to interpret and solve problems.
- Experience with Office365
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Ability to lift or move up to thirty-five pounds.
- Ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
- Ability to be courteous to co-workers and customers, follow directions from supervisors and refrain from abusive or profane language.
- Ability to respond to multiple customer and employee/contractor requests or demands and manages workload by wisely prioritizing his or her tasks often and adjusting to the situation at hand.
- Associate degree, CompTIA A or MCSE Desktop Infrastructure certification or three or more years' experience and/or combination preferred.
