ROLE PURPOSE:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Director to oversee our Contract Recruitment Team and Gulf Operations based out of Houston. You will be responsible for supporting operational growth by leading and developing a team of Recruitment Advisors to achieve sales targets and drive business growth while managing a personal book of business.

The Recruitment Director will mentor and guide their team to meet and exceed recruitment goals while maintaining a strong focus on client relationships, operational excellence, candidate delivery and revenue generation.

ROLE OBJECTIVES:

Team Performance & Development - Lead, manage, and grow a team of RA’s, ensuring that performance targets are met, and a positive team culture is maintained. Enhance team productivity and effectiveness by providing ongoing mentorship, coaching, and regular 1:1 sessions to develop team members.

Recruitment Strategy & Process Execution:

Assign jobs to Recruitment Advisors, assessing priority and capacity. Lead recruitment activities, from candidate submission and interview coordination to wage negotiations and onboarding. Ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes to meet client needs.

Client Relationship and Account Management- Strengthen client relationships to drive revenue and expand accounts. Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, prioritize requisitions, and identify staffing opportunities. Foster long-term engagement through regular follow-ups, meetings, and networking to maximize hiring volume and service adoption.

Reporting & Strategic Input- Collate and analyze recruitment activity and pipeline reports using SmartSearch, providing regular updates to the MD. Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and provide data-driven insights to optimize recruitment efforts.

Increase Contractor Headcount and Revenue through full-cycle recruitment - Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition intake to placement, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess qualifications and provide ongoing communication and career guidance to foster long-term relationships and successful placements.

• Proven ability to manage the entire recruitment process, from requisition intake to placement, ensuring an efficient and seamless candidate experience.
• Strong ability to engage with hiring managers and key stakeholders, conducting consultative discussions to uncover needs and present solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry verticals served (Energy, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, etc.), staying informed on trends and best practices.
• Problem-solving nature to bring solutions to the table, working collaboratively with colleagues, external service providers, and partners.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing client needs, and maintain performance under pressure.
