Compensation – We support transparency, equity, and fairness in our compensation programs and provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range, based on data-driven market analysis, for each job posting. While it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role in Washington, DC (Headquarters) is $64,700 - $87,100 per year. Team members may also be eligible for performance-based discretionary awards.

Role Summary
The PCAOB has a full-time position open for a Facilities and Operations Coordinator in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer, Office of Facilities and Operations. This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day facilities operations, at the PCAOB headquarters and / or regional site locations, and 100% remote staff requirements. The Facilities and Operations Coordinator will also provide a variety of administrative support to the Facilities and Operations team.
Responsibilities
Support all ongoing Facilities and Operations initiatives for the PCAOB.
Coordinate Facilities and Operations projects / tasks across various divisions / departments. Provide ongoing, transparent, and effective communication with Facilities and Operations customers and vendors (i.e. third-party vendor representatives at each PCAOB regional site location) including follow-up as needed.
Request vendor quotes and prepare Facilities and Operations related purchase requisitions for products and services for all PCAOB site locations. Approve Facilities and Operations vendor invoices.
Assist with day-to-day and project-based vendor coordination.
Provide event management support, including requesting relevant quotes, coordinating catering and providing support onsite or offsite as required.
Plan and collaborate with building management at all PCAOB sites.
Serve as receptionist as needed.
Document and update Facilities and Operations procedural documents to include standard operating procedures and guides as requested.
Facilitate the on-boarding and offboarding of Facilities and Operations contract third-party vendors.
Assign, move, add, and / or change tickets in ticketing software.
Assist in maintaining Facilities and Operations SharePoint sites, libraries, and databases in SharePoint.
Serve as a member of the PCAOB Emergency Management Team and participate in emergency drills and building evacuations.
Perform all duties in-person, on-site (physical office) as directed by the supervisor.
Travel to PCAOB all site locations periodically to provide facilities and operational support and to ensure standard facilities operational processes are in place.
Maintain training certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications
Education / Technical Expertise
Minimum of 5 years of solid administrative experience in a professional atmosphere.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Experience in editing SharePoint.
Excellent client-facing and internal stakeholder and customer communication skills are imperative including written / oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be flexible, dependable, and able to work independently including follow through on all assigned facilities tasks.
Must have a professional, positive attitude, and strong critical thinking skills.
Must take initiative, have excellent organization skills, and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work appropriately.
Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
Ability to lift fifty pounds.
Ability to work non-standard hours and overtime on occasion including travel to other PCAOB locations.
This role is designated as essential, meaning that this role is vital to the organization’s daily operations and required to be performed in-person, on-site (physical office) as directed by the supervisor.
Ability to travel to other PCAOB offices up to 25%.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Bachelor’s degree.
