Our Technology Infrastructure Services Division (TISD), Enterprise Desktop Support Section is currently seeking an Desktop Configuration Specialist. This position is an Information Technology Specialist I whose responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing third level support for all desktop related issues.
- Managing active directory and group policy administration for desktops and laptops.
- Troubleshooting issues with SCCM deployments and other endpoint device management tools.
- Patch management for Windows devices.
