Overview
The Associate, Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing the production staff for creation of marketing campaigns, digital asset developments and/or e-mail creative under the guidance of a more senior Program Manager.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in trafficking all creative materials through the agency process for review, revisions, and approval. They will organize all aspects of projects including scheduling kickoff meetings, production, development, testing and launch in conjunction with the Program Manager. This includes the scheduling and review of deliverables for each of these steps, attending team status meetings, and partnering with account services to develop status reports.

Compensation Range: $64,400- $57,615 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Responsibilities
- Partners with Program Management to plan and initiate projects and campaigns across a variety of Responsible for developing, in conjunction with the Director, time and cost information to produce online campaign creative, web development initiatives and e-mails to be incorporated into client estimate.
- Responsible for circulating client assets to the appropriate resources upon receipt from the Account Service team.
- Responsible for maintaining and communicating project plans and timelines to resource management and assigned teams.
- Responsible for determining costs for all stock art images as communicated by the Art Director. The Associate, Program Manager will develop purchase order, including circulation to Account Services and Finance, purchase images and maintain a central file of all stock art purchase orders and their associated project numbers.
- Responsible for delivering work on time and on budget
- Provide support to Program Managers and/or Program Directors on administrative tasks as needed
- 0-1 years of applicable professional experience, ideally some work experience in a coordination role
- Bachelor's degree Marketing, MIS, or Business Administration or related field is preferred
- PMP certification is preferred, but not required
- An understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk and develop detailed work plans and specifications
- Working knowledge or MS Office Suite and other software tools
- Must understand basic finance
