Role Description
The Executive Assistant role is a full-time position in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment with a deep commitment to our students. The Executive Assistant will provide executive support and administrative assistance for the Founder/President. This position is 4 days/week in-office and 1 day/week remote.
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of three years experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Superior writing and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills; assess and prioritize tasks and work within deadlines to complete tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working in a non-profit organization is preferred.
We will not consider candidates with less than three years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
