Join the Publix Technology Telecom team as a Billing Auditor where you will be responsible for billing tasks for telecom installation, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing accuracy of vendor labor rates, material costs, and associated expenses/fees for install, repair, and maintenance related work.
- Investigating discrepancies associated with labor cost, parts, location of service, etc.
- Monitoring and approving vendor invoices for payment processing
- Identifying and disputing inaccurate charges, fraudulent charges, and abusive usage patterns
- Calculating required refund or credit associated with disputes.
- Gathering back-up information, such as service orders, and email vendor to support the dispute.
- Reviewing and providing input of proposed service contracts to ensure billing and service level requirements are met.
- Creating monthly cost reports for management
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience with vendor payment processing, bill invoicing, and basic financial principles
- 1 years of experience working with multiple telecommunication vendors.
- 1 years of experience with telecommunication vendor billing
- Must be proficient in Microsoft 365 products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word

Year End Bonus
To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.
