The accounting firm of Pue, Chick, Leibowitz & Blezard, LLC is currently seeking a full-time Office Administrator. The Office Administrator works independently with the administrative team to assist and coordinate with partners, managers and staff on all office activities. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of business in our fast-paced office environment. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Direct supervision of one Administrative Assistant
- Interface with professional staff via scheduling
- Project management and due date tracking
- Responsible for quality assurance and compliance with firm policies and procedures
- Performs general administrative duties, such as data entry, proofreading, filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, covering phones, and scheduling
- Maintains confidential client information
- Communicates with clients and forwards inquiries to professional staff in a timely manner
- Utilizes the most efficient business processes, workflows, technology, and firm-specific software to fulfill the position requirements, deliver timely results, and maximize efficiency
- Supports peers in delivery aspect of client communications and tax filing packages, including during high volume and deadline driven periods
Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Experience with accounts receivable, billing and bookkeeping a plus.
Qualified candidates will be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and data entry. Experience working in an accounting office is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Candidates must be able to function independently, multi-task, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. This position requires being in the office.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
