Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various evidence based counseling techniques and therapies to support individuals, couples and families in need. Experience in psychological testing is not required but preferred. The candidate shall be open to regular case discussions and peer feedback. Must have a sense of indeprendence with their caseloadf but also be willing to exchange feedback with supervisor's and peers. Licensed Professional Counselor Candidates, Psychologist Candidates, and other licensed-pending behavioral health professionals are welcome to apply. Supervision will be provided accordingly to the practice capabilities.
- Duties
- Provide behavioral therapy and counseling services to individuals or groups
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Implement interventions based on behavioral analysis
- Maintain accurate and detailed records
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Utilize data collection and coding for analysis and reporting purposes
- Offer case management support to clients.
Experience
- Experience in counseling for children, family counseling, group therapy, and is preferred
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and methodologies
- Strong background working on diagnostics utilizing a scientific approach
- Familiarity with behavioral health practices and regulations

Pay: $62,400.00 - $93,600.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
