The Hotel Operations Coordinator works directly under the guidance of the Assistant Facility Manager to coordinate the Daycare/Boarding Department. This position will oversee all aspects of Hotel Operations and team and act as a working manager. Requires ability and willingness to step into any role in daycare, boarding and guest services departments. Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality and demonstrate a high level of integrity and work ethic. Work to continually have clear, consistent communication with the Assistant Facility Manager and all departments: Hotel Operations, In-Home Services, Guest Services, Spa, and Training.

Requirements:
- Maintain an EXCELLENT level of customer service.
- Comfortable and confident with all sizes and breeds of dogs.
- Have a full comprehension of all the boarding/daycare SOP's.
- Understand and operate within the Puppy Paws Service Standards.
- Be teachable and willing to actively grow your knowledge and skills through continued education.
- Attention to detail, able to take instructions well and a good memory.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Creating and maintaining a positive culture and work environment.
- Exhibit cooperation and teamwork with ALL departments.
- Follow and uphold dress code.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with Assistant Facility Manager and Facility Manager.
- Have a working knowledge of ALL departments and positions.

- Able to perform all the following job duties reliably.
Job Duties:
- Ensure that the Department cleanliness is maintained to Puppy Paws standard of cleaning.
- Ensure SOP comprehension, communicating with team that SOP's are REQUIRED. Let management know of any changes or updates that need to be made.
- Daily walkthrough of facility, making notes of what needs to be addressed. Maintenance issues, cleaning etc...
- HR updates for employee issues or concerns, call-ins, tardiness etc...
- Ensures checklists are relevant and the team comprehends and completes their assigned checklist.
- Manage productivity of team members.
- Keep supply list updated for monthly supply purchases.
- Maintain Daily Notes throughout your shift, if something changes update notes
