RESPONSIBILITIES:

Community Development and Management:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with organizations, businesses, and influencers aligned with our goals and values.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing partners, sponsors, and brands through regular communication, follow up and strong rapport building.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to initiate contact with prospective partners. Create a consistent list of questions and qualifications to better assess valuable partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Coordinate events, campaigns, and other collaborative activities to maximize the impact of partnerships.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and execute joint initiatives outlined in partnership agreements.


Communication and Marketing and Store Regionals:

  • Hold weekly meetings (in store) with store regionals to seek new networking opportunities and help further develop relationships with RMs, GMs and AGMs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage various channels for promoting events and partnerships.
  • Maintain a consistent and positive brand image throughout all communications.


Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for events and related activities.
  • Monitor expenses, seek cost-effective solutions, and provide weekly reports.


Post-Event Evaluation:

  • Conduct post-event evaluations after every event, pop up, donation to analyze the success of events and partnerships.
  • Gather feedback from attendees, partners, and sponsors to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of community engagement principles and practices.
