RESPONSIBILITIES:
Community Development and Management:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with organizations, businesses, and influencers aligned with our goals and values.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing partners, sponsors, and brands through regular communication, follow up and strong rapport building.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to initiate contact with prospective partners. Create a consistent list of questions and qualifications to better assess valuable partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and maintaining open lines of communication.
- Coordinate events, campaigns, and other collaborative activities to maximize the impact of partnerships.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and execute joint initiatives outlined in partnership agreements.
Communication and Marketing and Store Regionals:
- Hold weekly meetings (in store) with store regionals to seek new networking opportunities and help further develop relationships with RMs, GMs and AGMs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage various channels for promoting events and partnerships.
- Maintain a consistent and positive brand image throughout all communications.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for events and related activities.
- Monitor expenses, seek cost-effective solutions, and provide weekly reports.
Post-Event Evaluation:
- Conduct post-event evaluations after every event, pop up, donation to analyze the success of events and partnerships.
- Gather feedback from attendees, partners, and sponsors to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Knowledge of community engagement principles and practices.
