- Assist Assistant Directors with material preparation for programs, as applicable :
o Foundations of Advancement Application Sessions
o Develop U Roundtables
o Develop U Orientation
o New Crew Sessions
o Super Crew Sessions
o Strengths (or other team building) Sessions
o Q12 Employee Engagement Sessions
