Job Description: The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple psychiatric and counseling practices in Michigan. This role focuses on managing current locations of Pure Psychiatry and aiding in the development of future ones. This role is hybridized in nature with the expectation that there will be on site as well as remote responsibilities depending on the company's needs. Additionally, the Regional Operations Manager will play a key role in fostering team growth and morale, ensuring a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Operational Oversight:
- Manage the daily operations of multiple locations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across locations for best possible practice.
- Monitor and improve operational performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Conduct market analysis to inform decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate practice managers and staff to achieve high performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess practice performance and provide feedback where applicable.
Financial Management:
- Oversee budgets and financial performance of all locations.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources and cost management.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Patient Experience:
- Enhance patient satisfaction by improving service delivery and patient care processes.
- Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns promptly.
- Develop initiatives to improve patient engagement and retention.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all members of the Pure Psychiatry of Michigan team.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
- Collaborate with community organizations to enhance service offerings and outreach.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage projects related to the development of new locations and services.
- Coordinate with commercial real estate teams, vendors, and contractors for new site development.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
- Promote continuous professional development among staff.
Technology Integration:
- Oversee the implementation and use of technology to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure staff are trained in the use of new technologies and systems.
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of technological solutions.
Communication:
- Maintain open and effective communication channels with all levels of the organization.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management.
