Job Description:
The payment portal specialist is a member of the customer service team at Pure Water Partners, focused on corporate customers who utilize a payment portal or a procurement and supply chain transaction platform.
This position requires strong account research and reconciliation skills, creative problem solving skills, and involves direct customer contact via phone and email. Clear and concise communication is paramount.
Qualifications
· High School Diploma.
· Firsthand experience interfacing with portals or payment platforms is preferred
· Intermediate to advanced computer skills; Windows and Microsoft
· Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
· Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
· Manage and prioritize multiple concerns simultaneously.
· Maintain a cheerful outlook, even when faced with multiple tasks.
· Manage inquiries for invoice, purchase orders account maintenance
· Manage incoming telephone inquiries for customers.
The Customer Service Team works on-site in Sandpoint, Idaho, in a fast-paced office setting; work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pure Water Partners is one of the fastest growing companies in the Sandpoint area.
