As a Water Cooler Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various water cooler and filtration systems. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive clean, safe, and refreshing water. Enjoy autonomy and uncapped sales potential in this role where your office is in a new location every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and set up water cooler units and filtration systems at client locations.
- Perform routine maintenance and service tasks on existing water cooler units.
- Troubleshoot and repair water cooler malfunctions and equipment failures.
- Conduct water quality testing
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Seek out sales opportunities for existing and new clients and get paid to do it!
- Document service visits and maintain accurate records of equipment installations and repairs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a service technician or field service role is preferred.
- Extroverted 'people person'.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs.
- Comfortable working in high-lifts and confined spaces.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and common sense.
- Ability to work in various environments, including residential homes and commercial properties, under potentially challenging conditions.
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
