As a Water Filtration Equipment Technician, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various water filtration systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair various types of water filtration systems, including reverse osmosis, UV disinfection, and carbon filtration units.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to water filtration equipment and systems.
- Work in confined spaces like crawlspaces and attics.
- Provide excellent customer service by educating clients on system operation and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance work via CRM software on iPad.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build estimates and add value for the customer to maximize sales opportunities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing duties.
Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in plumbing, HVAC, or water treatment preferred.
- Hunger for knowledge to continue education in the field as a career.
- Proven experience as a water filtration technician or in a related field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with plumbing and mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and common sense.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well with clients and team members. Be an outgoing 'people person'.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
