Water Filtration Technician

As a Water Filtration Equipment Technician, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various water filtration systems. Your expertise will help ensure that our clients receive the highest quality water filtration services. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair various types of water filtration systems, including reverse osmosis, UV disinfection, and carbon filtration units.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to water filtration equipment and systems.
• Work in confined spaces like crawlspaces and attics.
• Provide excellent customer service by educating clients on system operation and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance work via CRM software on iPad.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build estimates and add value for the customer to maximize sales opportunities.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing duties.

Qualifications:

• Tendency to hustle. We are a performance-based pay company. Our technicians that get more done get paid more.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in plumbing, HVAC, or water treatment preferred.
• Hunger for knowledge to continue education in the field as a career.
• Proven experience as a water filtration technician or in a related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and common sense.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well with clients and team members. Be an outgoing 'people person'.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
