What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Office Manager position at Purely Storage?

We are looking for a friendly and reliable individual to help manage our self-storage property and office in Delhi, CA. This is a weekend-only position.
- Must live locally.
- Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays from 9 AM-6 PM. This schedule includes a 1-hour lunch break.
- Flexible weekday availability is preferred but not required. On occasion, extra hours will be available for weekday coverage opportunities.
Duties and abilities include, but are not limited to:
- Customer service!
- Receiving cash, checks, and credit card payments
- Balancing cash drawer at the close of business
- Renting storage units and selling storage supplies
- Phone communication, handling incoming calls, and making collection calls
- Operating commonplace office equipment (i.e., Windows computer, scanner, printer, copy machine, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft and Google business suites
- Be able to stand, walk, and sit, for extended periods
- Bilingual
Compensation is based on an hourly wage. However, in addition to wages, our company prioritizes and incentivizes performance through monthly bonuses! Learn more when speaking with our Hiring Manager.
