We are currently recruiting for an Advertising Agency Project Manager to work across all channels and client businesses out of our Princeton, NJ office. Supporting approximately 10-12 projects simultaneously, we need someone to provide end-to-end project management of digital, video, TV, and print advertising projects. This role will oversee and coordinate the flow of all projects for this award-winning office.

This role can be remotely based but you must live in the United States and in one of the following states: GA, FL, NC, PA, NY, TX, TN, NJ, OH, KY, MN, CT.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with internal project teams to understand business objectives and specs, identify requirements, develop strategies and craft them into detailed project plans.
- Assist creative teams with translating brand objectives, specs and requirements into compelling ad concepts
- Develop, track, monitor and assume accountability for detailed project schedules
- Support resource allocation for creative teams across multiple projects including assigning and tracking in project management applications
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that can delay project timelines or increase costs
- Assist with tracking project resource hours
- Help facilitate communication between team members to ensure alignment with objectives, assigned tasks and due dates
- Provide weekly status reports for ongoing projects
- Enforce a streamlined workflow of established project processes
- Deliver projects on time and on budget, ensuring objectives are met
- Traffic TV, OLV, social and display ads including coordination with media agencies
- Create job numbers in Workamajig project management software
- Provide insight and recommendations to remove bottlenecks, streamline processes, manage workload & capacity, & increase efficiencies
What You Must Bring to the Table:
- BS/BA Degree, ideally in marketing, advertising, communications, business, etc.
- 3-5 years’ project management experience in advertising
- Experience managing display, social, video and print production
- Keen ability to effectively manage resources (internal teams, vendors); ability to hold project team members accountable
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite with proven experience in project management software (e.g. Smartsheet, MS Project or similar project scheduling applications, and Jira, Asana, Basecamp or other task management applications)
- Strong understanding of branding, graphic design, marketing, strategy, social media, and digital advertising
- Excellent organization and time management skills with ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
- Creative problem-solver with ability to independently resource information, resources, etc.

- Are comfortable navigating programs within Adobe Creative Suite
- Can manage budgets up to $300k
- Are experienced in scoping work
