Job Summary Description:
We are seeking a dedicated, detailed and team oriented, driven, and efficient Production Coordinator to join the PURIS team. The Production Coordinator will work closely with the Operations team/Area Director and is responsible for maintaining the yard, supplies & inventory, and project packets.
Responsibilities:
- Direct, organize and coordinate efforts for production requirements.
- Monitor housekeeping and safety issues and react accordingly.
- Documentation (timesheets, production reporting, log books, personnel files).
- Ensure adequate staffing and adjust according to schedule changes.
- Monitor the yard and react to quality issues.
- Plan, organize, communicate and attend meetings (team and staff meetings).
- Responsible for the coordination of all activities for the assigned shift to ensure productivity and quality targets are met. May work day, evening and/or night shifts.
- Data entry for service work and with attention to detail and timely execution.
- Coordinate field service ensuring that technicians assigned have proper credentials to enter customer sites, including scheduling Safety Council training.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED; BA / BS in supply chain management, logistics, or related field is preferred.
- Skilled collaborator.
- Excels in a high-paced work environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite products. Including Word and Excel.
- Experience with ERP software’s (Acumatica preferred).
- Strong math skills and ability to conduct calculations with attention to detail.
- Critical thinking, evaluation, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Adaptable and works well under tight deadlines.
