What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estimator position at PuroClean National Response Team?

Responsibilities
- Properly evaluate losses for the Company.
- Prepare clear and accurate line-item estimates for all losses evaluated.
- Timely, accurately, and completely fill out all paperwork related to an evaluated loss as directed by the Company.
- Ensure all administrative items and supporting documentation, photographs, recordings, measurements, or other related pieces of information are part of the final estimate. Administrative items and supporting documentation requirements are directed by the Company.
- Obtain clear and accurate sub-contractor bids and properly incorporate them into the final estimate.
- Obtain homeowner and insurance information as part of the estimate process.
- Clearly and professionally communicate with customers, agents, adjusters, or financially responsible parties about the basis for the estimates you prepare.
- Clearly and professionally communicate within the Company about any estimate created and/or loss evaluated to assess risks, opportunities, costs, human capital, timing, scope of work, budget, contractors/sub-contractors, equipment, resource commitment, and/or any other related matter.
- Meet all Service Level Agreements (SLA) for all PuroClean Business Development National programs with regards to estimating guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Strength with multitasking
- Able to handle tight deadlines and pressure
- Able to take charge and lead your team to success
- 5 years of experience settling insurance claims
- Understanding of what is and is not covered with standard HO policies.
