Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at PuroClean of Central Southwest Houston in Houston, TX. The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day operations related to property damage restoration, including coordinating with teams, managing resources, and ensuring quality control. They will also be responsible for scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Project Management, Team Leadership, and Resource Management skills
- Knowledge of property damage restoration procedures and industry standards
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with budgeting and cost control
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Certifications in restoration or related fields are a plus (IICRC)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- MICA and DASH Intermediate level / experience is required
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
