Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build paid social ads across major paid social advertising platforms – Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, NextDoor
- Make objective, targeting, budget, bid, and ad optimizations that deliver maximum campaign efficiency
- Monitor daily and monthly budgets across all paid social and make sure targets are achieved
- Monitor event tagging and UTM tracking. Keep historical record of UTM tracking.
- Generate performance reports using Excel/visualizer and update multiple weekly reports
- Maintain product catalogs for paid social efforts
- Request iterative ad improvements to internal creative team
- Pull traffic reports via GA4 to better understand post-click performance
- Track platform audience sizes each week
- Project manage advertising contracts
- 1-3 years of experiencing advertising on Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok
- BS in marketing or related field
- Previous experience driving profitable campaigns with budgets above $25K-$50K/month
- Firm understanding of paid social full funnel marketing strategy and tactics
- Meta Blueprint Certifications in Ad Buying/Advertising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and well organized
- Self-starter approach to work, a positive attitude, and a drive to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility.
