About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist – Lap/Polish to join our manufacturing team in Prescott, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC Lap and Polishing equipment and/or EDM equipment to produce precision aerospace components. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a self-motivated attitude, and a commitment to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Understand and operate CNC Lap and Polishing equipment and/or EDM equipment.
- Follow and adhere to established Quality procedures.
- Operate precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, height stands, optical flats, and indicators.
- Accurately clock in and out on work orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to stay on task during required hours.
- Must be self-motivated and dependable.
- Basic understanding of machining processes and equipment.
- Must be comfortable with hands-on, physical work in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous CNC machining or Lap/Polish equipment experience.
- Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing standards and quality requirements.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience. Expected weekly hours: 40-50. We offer a competitive benefit package, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements, among other factors.
Must be willing and able to work onsite full-time in Prescott, AZ. This position is not eligible for relocation.
