The Studio Manager Role:
The Studio Manager at Pvolve Murfreesboro is the go-to leader for all things connected to our studio operations, revenue, and customer relations. This person plays a fundamental role in maintaining the quality, standards and culture of our studio experience. Our Studio Manager is exceptionally detail-oriented, process driven, and strives to create an efficient and organized environment.
A strong leader with a collaborative, hospitality-oriented mindset, the Studio Manager will be the Studio Owner’s right hand, collaborating in all business and community matters. They will lead the Studio Coordinator team and work cross functionally with the Lead Trainer to ensure the business operates effortlessly and with ease, ensuring all teams are meeting their set KPIs, and clients are experiencing the best fitness and wellness environment and community they’ve ever been part of.
The Studio Manager will also interface directly with clients to help resolve questions around memberships, credit packages, class reservations, and other topics relating to a client’s experience while at the studio. Lastly and equally important, the Studio Manager is responsible for driving membership growth, improving new client conversion rates, retaining existing members and meeting the studios’ monthly sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the studio, including maintenance and cleanliness of studio, retail, and client management.
- Lead the Studio Coordinator team including hiring and training of new team members, scheduling, team meetings
- Support Client Relations, including managing new-member outreach and resolving client membership inquiries
- Drive revenue and sales through lead generation initiatives, business development efforts, networking, and and cross-promotions with other local brands
- Collaborate with Studio Owner and Lead Trainer to create and execute strategic partnerships, networking events, and studio promotions
- Coordinate with retail vendors to ensure retail product is stocked and merchandised to brand standards
- Weekly leadership meetings to assess studio performance
Qualifications:
- 2 years of fitness, retail, membership sales, or service experience
- Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas
- Proven experience in organizing and running community events and cultivating professional relationships and partnerships
- Previous management or supervisory experience required
- Excellent communication skills: in-person, on the phone, and via email
- Passionate about fitness and wellness
- Highly organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including night, weekend, and holiday availability
- Creates high-energy, positive environment that welcomes all people
