Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, 401K with employer match, paid vacation, and company holidays.
Job Description
This position involves servicing, installing, maintaining, and inspecting fire, burglar, access control, and CCTV systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Additional responsibilities may include conducting site surveys, testing and inspection of systems under maintenance agreement, and preparing service reports. A successful candidate will have a strong background in low-voltage systems, excellent communication and technical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 1 year experience in the alarm industry, with a valid low or high voltage license preferred. Familiarity with various product lines, including Honeywell, DSC, Napco, Door King, Firelite, Silent Knight, is also desirable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software is necessary, as well as adherence to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
